1. create google project (on console) #gcloud proj<TAB> li<TAB>
2. create a billing account and add credit card in #gcloude billing accounts list
3. link project to billing acc #browser goto proj 1st, then left menu check billing
4. Set a budget & alerts (strongly recommended, but do it after you are used to how much it cost daily)
5. Enable Compute Engine API #left Menu API/Library/search 'compute engine api'/click/Enable #take some time
6. ./newFreeBSD.sh
